Beginning November 21, the City of Sallisaw will have a new online payment provider for the utility billing statements.
This switch will bring many new and enhanced features like full bill presentation, paperless billing, billing history, auto pay, email notifications and many more features. The system will be very user friendly and we know you will love the new features. As we get closer to the November 21 launch date, we will publish more information on our social media sites as well as updating the information on our city web page dealing with online utility payments. Customers should note they will be required to set up new profiles, account information, and auto pay information with the new provider for payments made on November 21 or after. We will provide a step-by-step guide to you for completing this setup.
